Perhaps you need help with your RehaCom software, taking installation, licensing or handling. We can provide you with the resource in order to help and support you remotely. We use the third-party provider AnyDesk (Remote Desktop AnyDesk) for this. Please follow these instructions:

  • First, download the remote maintenance program to a folder of your choice on your computer.
  • Start the program from the selected folder by clicking on "Open / Run".
  • Give our colleagues the remote maintenance address on the phone, conference tool or e-mail. A message will open and please click on "Accept".- Our staff will explain how to proceed personally on the phone or via a conference tool.
